We offer conference and event video services to help you, reach your audience effectively.

We offer comprehensive filming and livestreaming services - for your event; designed to amplify the reach and impact of your conference. From keynote speeches to breakout sessions, panel discussions to networking events, we capture every moment.

Your conference or event is important, and we want to help you capture it in an engaging and creative way. We can offer livestreaming and recording, so those who are further afield or unable to attend, can engage with your conference on the day. These videos can also be made available to attendees and others after the conference, so they have a lasting record of the day.

We also offer a reels creation service, where we can make reels/shorts suitable for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook - with clips from your day.

Costs are per day - set up days and events over multiple days will be charged per day, please get a full quote for your event by filling out the form at the bottom.

*Livestreams will be available live during the event. If there are any issues during, all livestreams are recorded, as-is in Full HD, and we can make these available as soon as possible. This is rare, but we can never guarantee the internet connection at all venues unfortunately.

Our packages all include taking an audio feed from the venue – should that not be possible, we can provide some AV kit ourselves (please do ask for a quote) or we can contract the services of a partner AV company.

Basic

  • Our basic package includes very basic coverage of your event – one operator with two cameras, a fixed wide angle, to get a feel of the room and an operated tight angle camera, tight on what is going on – still the same great, broadcast quality cameras from the more expensive options, but pared back to be as simple to run as possible.

  • We will cover all the sessions and breakout sessions in the main room on the day/s of your event, and provide edited, high quality recordings of each session (we can break this down for you as needed ie. Per session, per speaker, per section.)

  • We offer a £150 live upgrade, if you would like to turn this into a livestream.

    If you would just like livestreaming with no recording, check out our live packages.

  • The basic package does not includes any reels - however we can create as many as you need, as an additional option - see below.

  • For final recorded videos, we will send high quality versions to you via a digital download – these can be downloaded and used as needed, whether that’s to host internally or upload to your company/event’s social media (be it YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook or other platforms.)

Standard

  • Our standard package is the minimum we would recommend for most conferences and events – it includes two operators and 3 cameras.

    Two fixed angles, one wide and one that could be used as a stage wide, an audience shot or utilised as the team deems best depending on the event.

    nd one operated camera that will follow what is going on.

    The second operator will direct as needed (and run the livestream, should that option be selected.)

  • We will cover all the sessions and breakout sessions in the main room on the day/s of your event, and provide edited, high quality recordings of each session (we can break this down for you as needed ie. Per session, per speaker, per section.)

    You can add breakout session recording as an additional option  - see below..

  • We offer a £150 live upgrade, if you would like to turn this into a livestream.

  • This package includes 4 instagram/tiktok style reels from your event, of segments chosen by you – these can be used on your social media accounts after the event.

Pro

  • Our Pro package takes things a step further, giving your event a more premium feel and introducing more camera angles to hold the audience’s attention.

    It includes two fixed cameras – one used as a wide, and one that could be used as a stage wide, an audience shot or utilised as the team deems best, depending on the event.

    It also includes two operated cameras with a third operator brought in. The third operator will direct as needed (and run the livestream, should that option be selected.)  This allows us to capture your event creatively from multiple angles.

  • We will cover all the sessions and breakout sessions in the main room on the day/s of your event, and provide edited, high quality recordings of each session (we can break this down for you as needed, if wanted per speaker.)

    You can add breakout session recording as an additional option - see below.

  • We will also produce 8 instagram/tiktok style reels from your event, of segments chosen by you – these can be used on your social media accounts after the event.

    You can buy additional reels as an additional option - see below.

  • For final recorded videos, we will send high quality versions to you via a digital download – these can be downloaded and used as needed, whether that’s to host internally or upload to your company/event’s social media (be it YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook or other platforms.)

Premium

  • Livestreaming premium is our top end package and aims to create a high-end video to showcase your event as best as possible – and introducing 6 cameras, to make sure the audience (whether live, or after the event) is engaged all the way through your event.

    It includes 3 fixed cameras – one will be used as a wide, and the others could be used as a stage wide, an audience shot or utilised as the team deems best.

    It also includes 3 operated cameras, this will allow us to capture the content of your day, using a variety of angles to make sure that we capture everything and that the final video is creative and engaging for your audience. The fourth operator will direct the camera operators, and run the livestream on the day.

  • We will cover all the sessions and breakout sessions in the main room on the day/s of your event, and will have a camera available to record one additional breakout room (please note, this will be unmanned – and is offered recording only.)

    We will then provide edited, high quality recordings of each session (we can break this down for you as needed, if wanted per speaker.)

  • This package includes running a livestream on the day from your venue. This option does not have to be used, but the cost is not affected by utilising or not utilising this option.

  • We will also produce 12 instagram/tiktok style reels from your event, of segments chosen by you – these can be used on your social media accounts after the event.

    If you need more, that’s not a problem, more are available as an additional option - see below.

  • For final recorded videos, we will send high quality versions to you via a digital download – these can be downloaded and used as needed, whether that’s to host internally or upload to your company/event’s social media (be it YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook or other platforms.)

    In terms of livestreaming platforms, we can work with you, to use your own Vimeo or YouTube accounts (we are also happy to discuss working with other options, depending on your needs.)

    Alternatively, we can make use of our Midstream YouTube channel to host your event.

    For charged events, this can be done in a number of ways. It could still be hosted on a YouTube or Vimeo account and locked down using unlisted links/passwords, with these disseminated to paying customers. Or we can make use of a dedicated platform to monetise your stream – call us for options! Please note, making use of a dedicated platform is more secure (as the link/password can’t be passed on) but may result in platform charges.

Livestreaming

  • You can turn your event into a livestream with any of our packages, for a cost of £150 (included in premium.)

    Livestreaming is a great way of expanding the reach of your conference, whether that is to surpass size limitations in physical venues, or to reach a broader audience that might not be able to travel on the day. You can offer livestreams with us, for free, or we have a variety of methods of your customers paying for access to the livestream.

    It can also be made available really easily after the event, to those that paid online or to your day attendees. Regardless, we will always make higher quality, polished versions available after the day as well.

    Please note, we only offer Full HD livestreams on all packages.

  • Generally, we recommend only using venues for livestreaming, that will allow us to use a wired connection from their high speed internet – as this will guarantee a stable and high quality livestream.

    We can of course work around this by using Wi-Fi, or by making use of our 5G router – but both can run into connection issues and so we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

    Whenever you pay for livestreaming and we do run into issues, we will make sure a recorded version is uploaded and available as soon as possible.

  • We can make use of a variety of livestreaming platforms - we can work with you, to use your own Vimeo or YouTube accounts (we are also happy to discuss working with other options, depending on your needs.)

Breakout session/seminar recording

  • We do offer breakout session/seminar recording as an additional option (one additional room is included in the premium package.)

    This makes use of one, unmanned camera and a wireless lav mic for the speaker to capture a breakout session in another room. The angle will be wide enough to capture the front of the room being used.

    We have a limit of 4 total breakout recordings (the one in the main room, plus 3 others) with any our packages (this limit also applies to the premium package.) If you would like multicamera cover, or operated cameras – please do contact us for a bespoke package.

AV Hire

Whilst we are not specifically an AV hire company, we do have a range of AV kit ourselves and we will make sure we’re able to get a good audio feed from whatever venue we are in.

We do also work with an AV company should you need a more comprehensive set up

Our packages are designed to cover a wide range of conferences and events, but we are aware that every event and situation is unique, and sometimes you need a more unique solution.

We have a variety of additional options below, that you can add onto each package, or please do get in contact with us to build a quote to your exact specifications, or for anything else you may need in terms of livestreaming or your event. Please note, that whilst we do not directly offer AV services, we do work with other companies that do and we would be happy to work with you, and with them to make sure we can provide everything that you need to make sure your event runs smoothly! We can also offer Hybrid event services - again, please do get in contact below
